Main Features:
►Improved elbow joint linkage mechanism with extended dwell time at the bottom dead center of the slider, suitable for precision blanking, drawing, stamping, and continuous punching of thick plates.
►Equipped with low inertia and high torque air pressure separated clutch and brake, providing smooth start and suitable for high frequency heavy load punching operations.(300W or higher)
►The high rigidity body and slide mechanism can withstand larger eccentric loads. After heat treatment and tempering, the deformation of the body can be reduced, improving the quality and stability of the processed products.
►The transmission mechanism can be improved in operational accuracy and vibration reduction through heat treatment and grinding processing, thereby enhancing work efficiency and environmental quality.
►The slide uses high-precision eight-face extended guide rails, which can achieve the best accuracy for eccentric loads.
►The design of the transmission guide pillar can absorb the lateral pressure generated by the linkage movement and the eccentric load generated during processing during stamping, which can significantly reduce the wear of the copper-containing guide rail and maintain the best dynamic processing accuracy.
►It can reduce mold wear and thus extend the life of the mold.
►Can be paired with automated peripheral equipment.
